Family getaway that hits the spot
This family trip was a breath of fresh air. The balcony overlooking the creek was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also loved how the kids were totally entertained by those raccoons outside, they put on quite the show.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

Great value for budget stay!
We had a nice split room set up which was super clean and the staff was genuinely friendly. Watching ducks from the balcony was a pleasant surprise! The only thing was the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms, but it wasn’t a big deal since we opened the balcony door to cool off. Definitely not enough coffee in the room though.

I enjoyed the lovely private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for quick meals and morning coffee. The atmosphere was relaxing, especially sitting on the patio. The location near Tennessee Shine Co. is a nice bonus. The room was fairly clean, but I dealt with some spiders and insects since the hotel backs up to woods. On the downside, the air conditioning unit had a dial control that made it tricky to find a comfortable temperature. Another issue was the breakfast, it was advertised better than what I received. Only muffins and juice in a cramped reception area was disappointing. Overall, I would consider staying here again despite a few issues.

The location is sweet for grabbing local eats, with easy access to the Convention Center. The setup of the room was clean and comfy, a big win after days of culinary adventuring.
But the rooms need major updates. busted door frames and layers of dust made it feel grimy. Breakfast was just muffins—not the spread you dream of when you hear 'continental. '

The location offered a nice view, and I enjoyed watching the animals by the river. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief after a hot day out. The room had a separate bathroom area, making it convenient.

The room was clean, but the tub filled with dirty water while showering.

The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the room setup was comfortable and clean. However, the rooms are in need of updates, as I noticed dusty surfaces and peeling paint. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited, which was disappointing. This place might be suitable for a short stay, but it could really benefit from some enhancements.

We had a lovely time making Super 8 our base for exploring Sevierville. The kids enjoyed our room with two queen beds, which provided great space for everyone. Plus, the location was ideal—just a quick drive to our events and attractions like Dollywood.
In my wife’s opinion, a better outdoor space would be great for kids.
